The correlation between self-efficacy and peer interaction towards students’ employability in vocational high school

<span>Employability is an important factor that can determine the quality of prospective graduates, especially in vocational high schools. Therefore, schools, as one educational institutions prepare workforce resources, need to pay attention factors increase their students' employability. This study aims empirically examine role self-efficacy and peer interaction on student The subjects this were 132 students at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Prambanan. data collected through employability scale, a scale. then analyzed with multiple linear regression techniques. results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, there was very significant have p=0.000 (p&lt;0.01); 2) Partially, also has 3) Peer had partially p=0.001 (p&lt;0.01). Both simultaneously contributed 40.8% employability, but more dominant (26.7%) than interactions (14.1%).</span>
